30 sec jog - 30 sec toe touch - 30 sec jumping jacks - 30 sec butt kicks

Activate x 2 rounds

10 toe touches wide leg - 3 inch worm (5 sec pause) + lunge stretch - 20 sec squat hold (band) + 5 squats

AMRAP 16 (as many reps/rounds as possible)

16 prisoner air squats

16 high knees

16 elbow plank side touch

16 mountain climbers (tricep)
