EMOM 20 (every minute on the minute) 5 rounds

1’ 30 sec Jump squat to quadruped (band)

1’ 30 sec side lunge + leg raise

1’ 30 sec plank switches + march

1’ 30 sec bicycle (Hold 1 sec)
