Activate

5 inch worm from squat - 10 squats with band - 20 shoulder touches

EMOM 20 (every minute on the minute) 5 rounds

1’ 30 sec goblet squat (with band hold 3 sec)

1’ 30 sec 10 pushups + 20 mountain climbers

1’ 30 sec plank DB rows

1’ 40 sec flutter kicks + scissors (20 sec each)
